13 - 17 Oct 2025

Description

This meeting is intended to gather geometers and analysts around some problems of prescribed curvature in Riemannian, Hermitian or Kähler geometry. Without being exhaustive, those include the Calabi problem, or CR and weighted Yamabe problems, both in smooth and singular settings.

Speakers

Mini-courses:

  • Gilles Carron (Univ. Nantes) - An introduction to RCD spaces.
  • Hans-Joachim Hein (Univ. Münster) - Singular Kähler metrics with prescribed curvature.
  • Andrea Malchiodi (SNS Pisa) - The Yamabe problem in the singular and CR setting.

Research talks:

  • Claudio Afeltra (Univ. Trento) - TBA.
  • Mohameden Ahmedou (Univ. Giessen) - Theory of critical points at infinity and CR-geometry
  • Luca Battaglia (Roma Tre Univ.) - A mean field approach for the double curvature prescription problem in singular surfaces.
  • Carlo Scarpa (Univ. Lyon 1) - The CR Yamabe invariant and constant scalar curvature Sasaki manifolds.
  • Tat Dat Tô (Sorbonne, Paris) - Metric geometry of singular Kähler metrics with Ricci curvature bounded below.
  • Christina Tonnesen-Friedman (Union College, NY) - Extremal and constant scalar curvature Sasaki metrics on Sasaki joins.

Book of abstracts.

Practical information

The talks will be in: room 112, Institut Camille Jordan. 21 Av. Claude Bernard, 69100 Villeurbanne. Due to room constraints, we can only accept a limited number of registrations.
